MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A teen was arrested in connection with a recent robbery in Manhattan, officials said.
Authorities said the 17-year-old boy was arrested around 8:50 p.m. Friday, May 29, in the 1100 block of Moro Street on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with aggravated robbery, battery and aggravated assault.
The arrest stems from a report that was originally filed in April 2026.

Officials said the teen wasn’t being held in the Riley County Jail as of Monday morning.
It wasn’t immediately known if the teen had been moved to an area juvenile detention center.
