New trees are popping up all over Hell’s Kitchen, with hundreds more set to arrive in the coming weeks. According to NYC Parks’ tree planting map, over 500 trees are scheduled to be planted across Manhattan Community Board 4 this year.

Hell’s Kitchen has by far the most scheduled plantings in Manhattan, with 363 trees slated for installation, followed by Chelsea. The majority will line 11th Avenue and the blocks immediately to the east and west. W40th Street between 11th and 12th Avenues is set to receive 30 new trees.
