Barbara Corcoran is giving her supporters an inside look at her luxurious New York City apartment. The “Shark Tank” core investor is renovating what she calls her “dream apartment” and has been posting almost every unique detail of her new pad.
On Tuesday, June 2, Corcoran took to her official Instagram page to post a carousel of images and videos of her apartment, but one detail caught the eye of several of her fans: her terrace plants.
“The final details are coming together! You won’t believe the progress that’s been made on the arch. Let me know how I did arranging the plants – I’ll take any excuse to spend more time on my terrace!” the businesswoman captioned the post.
Corcoran also announced that the exquisite city apartment is finally ready to move into. Slides 1 and 7 of Corcoran’s post show off her terrace, surrounded by tall green bushes, and striking red geranium flowers that act almost as a privacy barrier to the city down below.

According to comments on Corcoran’s latest apartment renovation post, the terrace and the lush plants decorating the space were favorites among her Instagram followers.
“You did great with your terrace !!! Add some hydrangeas, white or whatever colors you prefer, they fit well with lavender !!,” one person commented. Another user commented, “🔥 looking great Barbara – terrace plants – nice job using the taller ones on the side for some privacy 👏”

Barbara Corcoran Renovates N.Y.C. Apartment
Corcoran, whose real-estate experience spans decades, has been updating her Instagram followers about her apartment renovations for months. She first announced her renovation plans in November 2025.
“Ready for a renovation? I’m so in love with my new apartment, and I can’t wait to give it a proper makeover. I’m trying something new this time and bringing you along for the ride. So tell me, what would you change?” she captioned the post, which featured a virtual tour of the empty space.
Since then, Corcoran has been documenting the process, including the installation of an arch entryway, a library that she’s reimagining as a TV room, and custom wallpaper and tiling in each room.
