The New York-based construction and management firm New Empire Corp recently held a grand opening celebration for the luxury condominium the Radiant, located at 24-01 Queens Plaza N. in Long Island City.

Held at the amenity spaces on the 19th and final floor of the building, the celebration featured cocktails, light bites, music and remarks from New Empire Corp leadership.

Guests at the celebration also had the opportunity to take guided tours of the model residences at the Radiant. They were able to get a firsthand look at the interiors, which were thoughtfully designed by Paris Forino.

Each residence at the Radiant features triple-paned windows, hardwood flooring and open-concept living spaces. Additionally, the kitchens have custom white oak cabinetry, marble countertops, tiled backsplashes and high-end Bosch appliances, including a washer and dryer. Bathrooms have chic and sophisticated tilework and spa-like marble accents. Residents are allowed to have pets.

Amenities available to residents of the Radiant include a Finnish sauna, a basketball court, a ping pong courtyard, a golf simulation room, a sunlit fitness center, a glass-enclosed rooftop club with a fully-equipped kitchen and co-working areas, a game room, a children’s playroom, bicycle storage, a dog-washing room and a rooftop terrace with grilling stations and sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline.

The condominium is located close to the Queensboro Plaza subway station, which provides service for the 7, N and W trains, the Queens Plaza subway station, which provides service for the E, F and R trains, the 39th Avenue subway staion, which provides service for the N and W trains, the 21st Street-Queensbridge subway station, which provides service for the F and M trains, and bus stops for the Q32, Q39, Q60, Q63, Q66, Q69, Q100, Q101, Q102, Q103 and B62 lines.
The grand opening celebration comes as more than half of the condominium’s 117 residences have already been sold.
