TOWN OF WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – New York State Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two individuals in connection with a theft investigation.
The individuals are believed to have been involved in the theft of multiple bottles of perfume from JCPenney at the Salmon Run Mall in the town of Watertown on April 10, 2026.
State Police in Watertown are investigating the incident.
