COURTHOUSE,
Oct 31 – A man who was
arrested for having a gun and
throwing it over a fence on
White Plains Road in The Bronx
while being chased by police
tried to dismiss the
indictment citing the Supreme
Court’s decision in
Bruen.Â
 Once that
Second Amendment motion was
denied, defendant White pled
guilty on March 7 before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Dale E. Ho. Inner City
Press is covering the case.
On August 21 the
Federal Defender wrote in
requesting three months.
 White was
sentenced to 18 months – and,
on October 31, the US
Attorney’s Office wrote in
that he had been given the
requested cystic fibrosis
testing kit, and test, in the
MDC.
 The case
is USA v. White, 24-cr-300
