Bronx Duo Arrested with
Drugs and Gun Face Trial Once
Defense Counsel Appears in SDNY

COURTHOUSE,
Oct 31 – Two men arrested for
drugs and guns in the Bronx
were to have their trial date
set by U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Denise L. Cote on
October 31. Inner City Press
was there.

   The
complaint has photos of drugs
and guns, and a hydraulic
kilogram press and metal
plates bearing a Rolex logo
and a Nike logo.

  When Judge
Cote said April 13, defense
counsel said that lead counsel
had a conflict at that time.
She should have been here,
Judge Cote said, and set
another conference for
November 7 at 2:30 pm. 

  The case
is USA v. Reyes, et al.,
25-cr-502 (Cote)
