New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani signed an executive order to repeal bedtime so that children can watch the New York Knicks play the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals. The executive order, titled “repealing kids’ bedtimes for Knicks Finals run,” took effect Monday, and supporters — including those who will benefit from the repeal — gathered to sign the document.Mamdani signed the order, and children added their handprints afterward.The Knicks begin their series against the Spurs on Wednesday. Each game will start at 8:30 p.m. ET.
