In the trailers for Emily Blunt’s new Steven Spielberg-directed sci-fi movie, Disclosure Day, there seems to be some sort of doomsday element lurking beneath the surface (and we won’t know for sure until the film hits theaters this coming Friday). But while it seems likely that there’s something sinister going on, and while method dressing continues to be all the rage on blockbuster press tours, there’s been nothing doom-and-gloomy whatsoever about Blunt’s recent outfits.
Throughout the past few weeks, the Oscar nominee has wowed in everything from a lacy lilac Stella McCartney set to an asymmetrical Alaïa gown with tiers of ruffles forming the skirt. Then, just last night, Blunt attended the New York City premiere of Disclosure Day in one of her most show-stopping ensembles yet.

Styled by her usual outfit architect, Jessica Paster, Blunt wore a glittering look courtesy of the Tamara Ralph Spring/Summer 2026 haute couture collection.
Each piece came in a pearly hue—from the spiky corset top that resembled the shape of an Art Deco edifice, to the silky maxi skirt.

Although she was magnificent from head to toe, Blunt’s top was the real star of the show. It featured slats of material like planks on a boardwalk, all decked out in mother of pearl and crystals, while the tops were cut to form a jutting, plunging neckline. At the waist, smaller pieces flared out for a pointy peplum effect. It was like a fence, wrapping around her body as protective armor.

Originally, on runway, this set was paired with a dramatic cape, but here, Blunt left her arms bare, accessorizing with only a pearly, three-strand bracelet and rings to match.
As for beauty, hairstylist Laini Reeves left the actor’s hair hanging down in rippling waves that just barely brushed her shoulders.
