Next Sunday, November 9, Heather Wolf, author of Birding at the Bridge and Find More Birds, will lead a special bird walk in Brooklyn Bridge Park, in partnership with Channel 13 and PBS Nature, which are presenting The Pigeon Hustle, premiering this Wednesday, November 5. “Join us to spot dancing pigeons, late-fall migrating songbirds, and more!” The walk will take place Sunday from 9:00 to 10:30 am; meet at the Pier 1 entrance at Old Fulton and Furman streets. It’s free, but you must register here, starting tomorrow (Monday, November 3).
I’ve been on bird walks with Ms. Wolf before, like this fall migration walk in 2017, and have always found them enjoyable and informative.
