Tyson Harps Jr. was shot in the head on Eastern Parkway near Rochester Ave. in Crown Heights at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday, cops said. He died at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
The victim lived in the Melrose neighborhood of the Bronx, according to police.
