Barring any unforeseen circumstances, this weekend (late tomorrow evening, Friday, June 12 through early Monday morning, June 15) should be a “green light weekend,” as there are no planned cancellations, route changes, or station skips directly and negatively affecting service at any local stations. Indeed, there will be more service during the daytimes Saturday and Sunday at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Borough Hall and at Jay Street-MetroTech, as N trains, which normally only serve these stations late at night, will be re-routed to serve them during the daytime Saturday and Sunday.
The following work week – Monday morning, June 15 through Friday evening, June 19 – the following overnight service changes will affect local stations. Overnight between Monday to Tuesday and Tuesday to Wednesday 2 train service will be suspended in both directions between Chambers Street and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center. As 3 trains do not serve Brooklyn overnight, this means no overnight service at Court Street or at the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall. A, N, R, and 4 trains should be running normally. Overnight Wednesday to Thursday there will only be Manhattan bound N train service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Borough Hall and at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Brooklyn bound N train service will be suspended, as will R train service in both directions. Overnight Thursday to Friday there will only be Brooklyn bound N train service at Court Street and at the N/R platforms at Borough Hall and at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Manhattan bound N train service will be suspended, as will R train service in both directions.
