Officials in New Jersey have been trying to get the message out: “It is not authorized to have anybody being dropped off and walking to the stadium,” said Lt. Col. David Sierotowicz with the New Jersey State Police. “Those areas will be flooded with law enforcement. We do not want to have to take enforcement, but we will if we have to.”
