Bronx-born storyteller Chazz Palminteri brings his iconic one-man show A Bronx Tale to the stage for an unforgettable night of raw, real-life storytelling.
Written in 1988 from his own childhood in the Bronx, A Bronx Tale follows Palminteri’s powerful coming-of-age story after witnessing a gangland killing at just nine years old. In the original stage production, he famously portrayed 18 different characters himself—bringing his neighborhood, family, friends, and rivals to life in a gripping autobiographical performance that became a cultural landmark.
Hollywood quickly took notice, but Palminteri refused to sell the rights unless he could write the screenplay and play Sonny himself. That decision led to a now-legendary moment when Robert De Niro attended a performance and helped set the film adaptation in motion—cementing A Bronx Tale as a classic.
