A man was arrested last week after he was accused of attempting to sexually assault a child in an Englewood park, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office announced Friday.
Sebastian Nino-Lopez, 31, of Englewood Cliffs, was charged with second-degree luring, two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact, the office said.
The incident allegedly happened on June 6 in Mackay Park.
No other information was released by the office.
Nino-Lopez ia being held at the Bergen County Jail pending court proceedings, authorities said.
