Is Joe Jonas breaking up with Brooklyn? The singer has put his condo in Dumbo’s luxe Olympia building on the market for $6.75 million, the New York Post reports. Per listing history, he scooped up the three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit for $6.5 million in May 2024.
The 2,654-square-foot unit is situated on the 26th floor of the 33-story building. It opens into a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Manhattan Bridge. Blond hardwood flooring matches a stretch of custom white oak shelving on one side of the room; a pocket door on the opposite side opens up to an eat-in kitchen centered around a wood-and-marble island. There’s also a red-walled, speakeasy-inspired lounge equipped with a vintage-style record player and a robust vinyl collection. Other perks of the home include a walk-in pantry and a primary suite with a spa-like bathroom enrobed in terrazzo stone. Condos in the Olympia have access to the building’s high-end amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a tennis court, and a children’s waterpark.

If Jonas bought another NYC pad, we don’t know about it yet—though he was spotted touring a more spacious penthouse unit in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood early last year, just eight months after buying the Dumbo spot. As for the rest of his New York portfolio, the singer bought a condo in the Nolita neighborhood of downtown Manhattan in 2018 and offloaded it two years ago. The “Cake by the Ocean” singer splits his time between the US and the UK, per a recent interview with Metro News, to maximize time with the two daughters he shares with his ex-wife, British actor Sophie Turner. The couple split in 2023, shortly before Jonas picked up his newly listed unit.
“A cozy morning is usually making breakfast for me and my kids, getting them off to school and walking through the gorgeous park here [in the UK] and just taking in the day as the world’s waking up,” he recently told USA Today.
