Madison Realty Capital this week funded a $480 million loan on behalf of Yellowstone Real Estate Investments for the conversion of an office property in Manhattan’s Midtown corridor into a luxury residential project.
Upon completion, slated for Q3 2029, 1740 Broadway will comprise 420 residential units split into 238 multifamily rental units and 182 condominium units.
