A 59-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound to the head, police said. His injury was determined to be non-life-threatening. The man’s son—identified as Randal D. Young, 40, of Kankakee—also suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said.
Kankakee police detectives at the scene recovered multiple pieces of evidence and interviewed witnesses, all of whom were cooperative.
