MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was booked into the Riley County Jail following his Sunday arrest in connection with drug crime in Manhattan, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Martin Frank Stovall, 65, of Las Vegas.
Officials said Stovall was arrested around 3:22 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with distribution of a controlled substance and distribution of opiate-opium-narcotic-certain stimulant.

Riley County Police officials said Stovall’s arrest stems from a report originally filed in February 2025.
Stovall was issued a total bond of $75,000 and remained Monday morning in the Riley County Jail.
