MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Riley County police arrested a man in connection with multiple offenses including aggravated burglary, domestic battery and violating a protection order Monday in Manhattan, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Anthony Toliver, 36, of Manhattan.

According to Riley County Police officials, Toliver was arrested at approximately 11:11 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with 38 counts of violating a protection order; one count of domestic battery; one of count of aggravated intimidation of a witness-victim; and one count of aggravated burglary.
Toliver was subsequently booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with the offenses.
Officials said he was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remained in jail on Tuesday morning.
