BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK — MACY’S 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS are free to watch, but spectators who want to see them them viewing areas in Brooklyn Bridge Park must have a ticket — and the ticket lottery closes Monday at 11:59 p.m., according to the city’s July 4 website. Winners will be randomly selected and notified by email, with a window to claim their tickets from June 30 through July 2. Winners can register a group of up to four — the winner plus three guests — and can select from available viewing zones. Enter the lottery at july4.events.nyc
The park will be closed all day July 4th until the ticketed entry at 4 p.m, and will reopen the next day at 6 a.m. NYC Ferry service will not run to Pier 6 or Dumbo/Fulton Ferry all day on July 4. Residents of the park or guests of businesses within the park will receive specific guidance from building management.
