The 34-year-old was there as part of a collaboration to celebrate what would have been Marilyn Monroe’s 100th birthday.
On June 1, Monroe’s birthday, Kostek helped celebrate the occasion by participating in a lighting ceremony at the iconic New York landmark.
The former New England Patriots cheerleader looked stunning in an all-white outfit with red heels in preparation for a memorable moment.
It was Kostek’s role to flip the switch and turn the lights on the Empire State Building red in Monroe’s honor.

She wrote on her Instagram post, “This was a day I’ll remember for the rest of my life.
“Being part of a collaboration that celebrates Marilyn Monroe’s legacy was such a surreal and meaningful moment.
“Marilyn Monroe is one of the most recognizable women in history, so to help celebrate her legacy at a landmark as iconic as the Empire State Building and the beautiful “Manifesting Marilyn” exhibition at Genesis House New York was incredibly special.
“Her influence continues to transcend generations, and I think that’s a testament to the power of confidence, vulnerability, resilience and embracing what makes you unique.

“Standing there and seeing the city light up in her honor felt like a reminder of the lasting impact one woman can have across generations. Happy 100th Birthday.”
Kostek’s monochromatic look was a touching nod to Monroe, consisting of a midi pencil skirt, a belted silk trench, a satin corset and pointed red toe pumps.
It was inspired by Monroe’s iconic still from The Seven Year Itch, which she starred in alongside Tom Ewell.
She told Sports Illustrated, who she has modeled for several times over the years, “I wanted my look to feel timeless and feminine while still feeling true to me.
“Marilyn had this beautiful ability to embrace glamour while remaining playful and confident, so I leaned into classic silhouettes and elegant details that felt inspired by her signature style without trying to recreate it exactly.
“It was my own interpretation of the confidence and femininity she embodied.”
The stunning girlfriend of NFL legend Gronkowski was the perfect person to represent Monroe as a thriving multi-hyphenate herself.
Kostek first modelled for SI Swimsuit in 2018 and has become a permanent fixture of the iconic magazine alongside many other modelling jobs.
