State police at Tunkhannock are attempting to locate 65-year-old Peter Gonzelez Kelly, who was last known to be living in the area of Clinton Avenue, Bronx, New York.
According to a news release posted to the PSP-Tips Facebook page, Kelly is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
His last known local address was in Mehoopany. Kelly has multiple warrants for his arrest in Wyoming County, according to police.
He is wanted by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office as he failed to appear for a plea hearing on March 3, 2023, for failure to register with PSP:
Kelly is also wanted by the Meshoppen Borough Police Department on charges of corruption of minors, indecent assault and harassment.
