Victim in Wilton Walmart hit and run has died

Wilton, NY (WRGB) — A man hit by a vehicle during a violent incident outside the Wilton Walmart has died, according to New York State Police.

Troopers said 69-year-old Michael Bushey of Saratoga Springs succumbed to his injuries on Monday, November 3, at Albany Medical Center. He was one of two Walmart employees who were reportedly intentionally hit on October 16 by a vehicle driven by 34-year-old Timothy Besaw of Gansevoort.

New York State Police say the investigation remains ongoing. Besaw remains in Saratoga County Correctional Facility.
