The annual Brooklyn Children’s Book Fair returns on Sunday, Nov. 9, where nearly 50 local authors and illustrators will gather at the Brooklyn Museum.
The Brooklyn Museum welcomes families back for its beloved Brooklyn Children’s Book Fair on Sunday, Nov. 9. Now in its nineteenth year, the fair gathers nearly 50 Brooklyn-based authors and illustrators for a lively afternoon celebrating children’s literature.
Free with museum admission, the event, from 11:00am to 3:30pm in the Beaux-Arts Court, features a wide range of storybooks, picture books, chapter books and graphic novels for young readers from preschool through middle school.
Children can meet their favorite authors and illustrators, listen to readings, watch live drawing sessions, get books signed and take part in hands-on art activities inspired by the stories they love.
