The Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks (FWP) has repaired two boat ramps at fishing access sites along the Yellowstone River and the confluence of the Gallatin and East Gallatin rivers.

FWP closed boat ramps at Mallard’s Rest and Gallatin Forks fishing access sites Oct. 30 and 31 to repair “portions of the ramps that have been impacted by flooding and erosion.”

The Gallatin Forks Fishing Access Site is at the confluence of the East Gallatin and Gallatin rivers about 2 miles north of Manhattan.

The Mallard’s Rest Fishing Access Site is along the Yellowstone River approximately 13 miles south of Livingston.
