The USS Arlington arrived in New York Harbor for the International Naval Review 250, marking the United State’s 250th birthday.
The ship, a San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock, was joined by other US Navy and Coast Guard craft, as well as “ships, aircraft, and personnel from over 130 invited navies and coast guards,” the US Navy said.
“This historic gathering will also feature more than 30 tall ships from around the globe alongside key maritime partners, including merchant marine, USCG, Army Corps of Engineers and NOAA amongst others,” the US Navy added. Credit: DVIDS via Storyful
