Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking paid background actors to portray Mets baseball fans in the feature film “Keychain,” according to a casting notice. The tentative filming dates are Monday, July 20, through Friday, July 24, with overnight shoots planned at Citi Field in Queens.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and local to the New York tri-state area. Casting directors are asking applicants to confirm whether they are available for the tentative shoot dates, provide their height, weight, clothing and shoe sizes, disclose any visible tattoos, and indicate whether they own Mets or other Major League Baseball merchandise they could wear on camera.
The non-union pay rate is listed as $187 for a 10-hour day.
Those interested should email [email protected] with the subject line “IG Baseball Fan.” Applicants should include their name, phone number, SAG-AFTRA or non-union status, and recent, unedited photos taken within the past week in plain lighting.
Submissions for the project should only be emailed to [email protected].
