The clip shows multiple emergency responders pulling the man from the water on a stretcher. HudPost reported that bystanders jumped into the lake to help after his wheelchair entered the water.
It was not immediately clear how the man ended up in the lake. An unconfirmed report indicated he may have accidentally activated his wheelchair before entering the water.
