Justin and Hailey Bieber are the new owners of a $12 million New York City condo. The couple, who are parents to 1-year-old Jack, snatched up the luxe four-bedroom property last month.
Property records obtained by The Wall Street Journal on July 7 confirmed that the Biebers were indeed the buyers. The 2,800-square-foot unit features four and a half bathrooms, a separate chef’s kitchen, and views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty. Located in the West Village, the building is also outfitted with a gym, a swimming pool, and a children’s playroom.

Hailey and Justin are hardly the only celebrity residents of the Village: Sarah Jessica Parker, Daniel Radcliffe, and Ben Stiller own real estate in the upscale neighborhood, where Taylor Swift also used to rent a home.
According to E! News, the Biebers currently have two homes in California and another one in Justin’s home country of Canada.

Back in May, the 32-year-old “Yukon” crooner packed on the PDA with Hailey in a new Instagram carousel. The first two photos depicted a black-and-white film strip featuring portraits of Justin and Hailey. The Rhode founder paired a bucket hat with a white tank, while Justin opted for a striped baseball cap and a plaid button-down.
Additional slides showed the singer with his son, Jack, who turns 2 in August. His blonde hair was fully visible as he fed chickens on a farm with his dad. The toddler wore a blue sweatsuit, while Justin layered a gray hoodie over some burgundy basketball shorts.

In April, Hailey gave fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse at Bieberchella—including cameos from Jack—as Justin headlined Coachella for the very first time.
“Such a special weekend. nobody will ever know even an ounce of what it’s taken to get here,” Hailey wrote in the caption of an Instagram carousel she posted on April 13. “So grateful for this beautiful life. SO proud. let’s do it all again!!!!”
