FOREST HILLS, Queens (PIX11) — Police are searching for an unidentified person after a teenage boy was raped in Forest Hills last month, according to the NYPD.

According to police, a 15-year-old boy was sexually assaulted behind a house on Austin Street at around 9:30 p.m. on June 4.

Sources said the individual began talking to the victim before the assault occurred.

The unidentified person then fled the area on foot, going north on 75th Street, according to police. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition, authorities said.

The individual is described as having long black hair, last seen wearing a white T-shirt, shorts and a pocketbook on their shoulder.
