Columbia Commons in Brooklyn will offer a range of amenities, including an outdoor terrace, an elevator, a community center, high-speed internet, and a security guard, according to the building’s details. 

Rents start at $777 and will serve New York City households earning between $30,446 and $183,200. 

The newest building to enter the affordable housing market is Starhill Phase II in the Bronx. This building will serve New York City households earning $30,446 to $126,240. Rents also start at $777 for this listing, according to the building’s details. 

Starhill Phase II will also offer an outdoor terrace, an intercom, hardwood floors, and a shared laundry room.
