NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — The popular Summer Streets is returning this month, opening over 20 miles of roadways to pedestrians and cyclists across New York City.
Summer Streets will be held on Saturdays from July 25 through Aug. 22.

This year, hours have been adjusted in the outer boroughs based on local feedback.
Citi Bike is offering a special promo only on July 25. New Yorkers can use the code SUMMER2WHEEL in the Lyft or Citi Bike app to save up to $10 on a ride.
The code is limited to two rides, offering a max saving of $20. Additional promotions will be announced via Lyft for future Summer Streets dates.
The full Summer Streets schedule:
July 25: Queens and Staten Island (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
In Queens, Summer Streets runs from 30th to 44th Drive along Vernon Boulevard.
On Staten Island, Summer Streets runs along Broadway from Richmond Terrace to Harvest Avenue.
Aug. 1, 8, and 15: Manhattan (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
Summer Streets will run from the Brooklyn Bridge into Inwood at Broadway and Dyckman Street.
Aug. 22: Brooklyn and The Bronx (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
In Brooklyn, Summer Streets will run along Eastern Parkway, from Grand Army Plaza to Buffalo Avenue.
In the Bronx, Summer Streets will follow Grand Concourse, from East Tremont Avenue to Mosholu Parkway.
