The culinary festival will feature a lineup of 46 acclaimed chefs
Southern California foodies can taste the talents of some of the most celebrated chefs in the country at the Manhattan Beach Food & Wine festival on Sept. 25 and 26.
Helmed by event founder and producer Shelby Russell and culinary curator and host chef Neal Fraser, Manhattan Beach Food & Wine is an annual luxury culinary festival that brings together celebrated chefs, restaurants and foodies for a weekend of food, beverage and entertainment. The two-night grand tasting will welcome a lineup of 46 acclaimed chefs at its new host hotel, Westdrift Manhattan Beach, an Autograph Collection hotel.

Tickets start at $195 per night and are available now through Aug. 6 to those ages 21 and up. A Delta VIP early entry pass allows attendees to arrive from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., and regular admission will be from 7 p.m to 10 p.m. Attendees can also reserve a table for 4 people for premium service.
Hotel packages at Westdrift Manhattan Beach are also available for guests to stay onsite and experience the festival all weekend. The hotel is located 3 miles from LAX, and the 26-acre, 393-room luxury resort features a golf course, a pool, fitness center and JUTE Coastal Bar + Kitchen.

Manhattan Beach Food & Wine will benefit the Culinary Careers Program, a nonprofit that provides teens from underserved communities opportunities to explore careers in the restaurant and hospitality industries. The program helps teach culinary, job and life skills to students at 186 schools across the United States annually, offering mentorship and scholarships.

To help educate the next generation of chefs, students in the program are paired with a professional chef for Manhattan Beach Food & Wine, allowing them to learn from experts and gain insight into the culinary industry as well as hands-on skills.
In addition to Westdrift, other partners of this year’s festival include Delta Air Lines, San Pellegrino, Chef Works, Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove and Southern California Restaurant Design Group.
