NEW YORK CITY (PIX11)— What better way to beat the heat than with free ice cream?
New Yorkers can get free ice cream for National Ice Cream Day, officially celebrated on July 19, with giveaways scheduled at locations across the city.
The first 100 guests at the Harry Potter Shop New York on National Ice Cream Day will get free ice cream and complimentary toppings while supplies last.
Fans can choose from four House‑Inspired Ice Cream flavors, available from Sunday through July 26, and customize their treats with wizarding‑world toppings.
Stop & Shop locations will also give away a free 1.5‑quart container of Stop & Shop brand ice cream to customers who check in at the in‑store Savings Station kiosks from Friday, July 17, through Thursday, July 23, while supplies last.
