
TOWN OF OSWEGATCHIE, N.Y. (WWTI) – The New York State Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the two individuals involved in a St. Lawrence County burglary.
Around 2:30 p.m. on July 11, New York State Police responded to a residence on Haggert Road in the town of Oswegatchie for a reported burglary.
An investigation allegedly determined that two unknown individuals forcibly entered the residence by prying open a door with an unknown tool. Once inside, the suspects stole several items before fleeing the scene.
Investigators believe the suspects were last seen leaving the area at approximately 5:30 a.m. on July 10, traveling from Haggert Road onto Lee Road in the town of Oswegatchie.
Residents in both areas, as well as surrounding neighborhoods, are asked to review any home or business surveillance footage recorded between the early morning hours of July 10 and the afternoon of July 11.
