A gunman shot his girlfriend, his girlfriend’s mother and a man to death in a Bronx NYCHA apartment before taking his own life Wednesday, police source said.
The boyfriend called an out-of-state relative and said, “Check on your family,” according to a police source.
That relative called a local family member, who went to the apartment in the Castle Hill Houses on Lacombe Ave. near Castle Hill Ave. about 9:40 a.m.
Inside, they discovered the boyfriend and his three victims dead. Their names were not immediately released.
