Records show that the dwelling has been listed multiple times since 2012, each time with a different asking price, the highest of which reached $2.88 million in 2022.
After several attempts to secure a buyer, the six-bedroom abode has now returned to the market for the much lower sum of $950,000—shooting to the top of the week’s most popular homes list in the process.
