MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was arrested Wednesday evening in Manhattan on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with child abuse, authorities said.
Riley County officers arrested Andrew Joseph Webb, 29, of Manhattan, around 5:34 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of Highland Drive, on the west side of Manhattan.
Webb’s arrest stems from a report originally filed in June 2026.

Webb was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with abuse of a child, officials said.
He was released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond.
