NEW YORK (Gray News) – A person was taken into custody after allegedly throwing a makeshift incendiary device at a federal building, according to law enforcement.
Authorities said the man was carrying an incendiary device, a pellet gun and a sign reading “ICE Off Our Streets,” authorities said.
The man allegedly threw the incendiary device at 26 Federal Plaza in New York City. The building houses an immigration court, ABC News reported.
A federal employee and civilian suffered minor injuries and were treated and released, according to officials.
The FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating.
