This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Heights, Dyker Heights, Marine Park, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?

First up, in Prospect Heights this 1880s brownstone is a two-family in estate condition. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $2.5 million, which was $699,000 under the asking price.

In Dyker Heights, this single-family brick house has wall moldings, wood floors, and picture rails. The house also has a built-in garage. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $1.2 million, which was $100,000 under the asking price.

In Marine Park, a narrow single-family has wood floors and wall moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $840,000, which was $34,999 under the asking price.

Finally, situated across from the neighborhood’s eponymous park, a Sunset Park unit has two bedrooms, a flexible living and dining room arrangement, and period features. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $810,000, which was $20,000 under the asking price.
