MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was arrested in connection with making a criminal threat and other offenses Tuesday in Manhattan, authorities said.
The case was reported around 4:18 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of Pebblebrook Circle, on the west side of Manhattan.
A 23-year-old woman was listed as the victim, while a 24-year-old man who was unknown to the victim was listed as the suspect.

Riley County police arrested Andrew Steven Goodwin, 24, of Manhattan, around 6:42 p.m. Tuesday.
Goodwin was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with criminal threat; harassment by telecom device; and stalking.
Goodwin was issued a total bond of $10,000.
