On July 19, 2026, at approximately 2:33 a.m., New York State Police at Oneonta arrested Connor Eagle, 27, of Watertown, for the misdemeanor of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers on patrol observed a parked 2025 Nissan in the turning lane at the intersection of State Highway 23 and County Highway 11 in the town of Davenport. Troopers stopped to check on the operator’s welfare and found him breathing but not alert.
After waking the operator, who was identified as Eagle, Troopers detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage. Eagle was asked to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which confirmed impairment. He was arrested and transported to SP Oneonta where his reportable B.A.C was .25%.
Eagle was processed and issued appearance tickets to the Davenport Town Court on August 11, 2026.
