According to police sources, the disturbing incident unfolded at around 6 p.m. on July 16 aboard a Q66 MTA Bus. As the vehicle approached Northern Boulevard and 51st Street in Woodside, the suspect approached a 19-year-old woman victim and a 21-year-old woman before pulling out a box cutter.

“Are you Muslim? Because if you’re Muslim, I will punch you in the face,” he said.

The hateful perpetrator fled the bus before any injuries could occur. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap, a black tracksuit top, and blue jeans.
