This year, Halloween falls on a Friday, which is great news for kids and parents alike. Most towns and cities in Western New York have trick-or-treat hours right on Halloween, so the fact that it is a Friday night makes going out collecting candy a little bit easier since you don’t have to worry about school the next day.
