Officers surrounded a building in Bushwick after a 911 call from a man who claimed he was armed and barricaded inside an apartment, according to police.
The NYPD says its Technical Assistance Response Unit was called to 54 Noll St. at around 1:50 p.m. Tuesday.
Citizen app footage captured officers in tactical gear as a helicopter circled above.
