The FourLeaf footprint gets larger. The credit union recently opened a new branch in  Jackson Heights, adding to its existing locations in Sunnyside, Ozone Park, Forest Hills,  and Bayside. The expansion reflects a broader commitment to serving Queens  residents where they live and work, with additional branches planned in the near future.

That growth builds on a long history. FourLeaf traces its roots back to 1941 and has  continued to expand its reach over time. This includes opening membership nationwide and growing to serve more than 500,000 members. FourLeaf’s open charter means  consumers and businesses located anywhere in the United States could be eligible to  join and experience the FourLeaf difference.

As a member-owned credit union, FourLeaf operates differently from traditional banks.  Instead of serving shareholders, it serves its members—returning value through  competitive rates and fees and a more personal approach to banking.

That difference shows up across its product lineup, from everyday banking to long-term  financial planning.

Some stand out products include:

Membership starts by opening and maintaining a $5 Savings Account. When you  become a FourLeaf member, you have access to personalized service that can help  you find the best products and tools for your needs.

FourLeaf has built a reputation through community involvement. The credit union  regularly invests in local initiatives, from financial education seminars to large-scale  events like the Jones Beach Air Show and charitable programs. In 2025 alone, FourLeaf  donated approximately $2 million back to the community, hosted more than 150 free  financial education seminars, and employees logged thousands of volunteer hours.

That local focus is part of what distinguishes the credit union model. At FourLeaf,  account holders aren’t customers—they’re members—an approach that emphasizes  long-term relationships over one-time transactions.
