The New York Giants took the field on Thursday for their second of three practices ahead of a Week 10 game against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois, this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET.
Beforehand, the team’s three coordinators addressed reporters, and then head coach Brian Daboll briefly spoke.
As he generally does, Daboll updated the status of several injured players, including kicker Graham Gano, who “came in a little sore” on Monday. In the event he can’t play on Sunday, veteran Younghoe Koo will be elevated from the practice squad.
“If he has to be the guy, he’ll be the guy,” Daboll said of Koo.
Asked why he didn’t mention Gano during his pre-practice press conference on Monday, Daboll simply said he “missed it.”
