A 47-year-old man has been arrested for the deadly shooting of a 50-year-old man in Van Nest Monday morning.
Police say the 50-year-old man was found with multiple gunshot wounds in front of 672 Sagamore St. just after 6 a.m.
47-year-old Jose Kuilan is facing a slew of charges including murder, manslaughter, criminal possession of a controlled substance, failing to use signal lights and criminal possession of a weapon.
The name of the victim is being withheld by investigators pending family notification.
