First up, in Crown Heights, this Queen Anne manse and has a rather grand porte cochere, and impressive details survive on the interior as well. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in March, but returned in July with a new broker and a new price of $3.845 million, a cut of $150,000.
In Windsor Terrace, this row house boasts early 20th century style, with wood floors, picture rails, and stained glass. This former House of the Day sold in March for $2.92 million, which was $320,000 over the asking price.
In Park Slope, this early 20th century apartment filled with gleaming woodwork and period details has a sprawling layout that includes a dining room, three bedrooms, and two baths. This former Co-op of the Day sold in March for $2.95 million, which was $451,000 over the asking price.
Finally, in Bay Ridge, this single-family row house has a renovated kitchen, and other updates include a mini-split system and new windows. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $1.376 million, which was $50,000 over the asking price.
